Referrals Program – Terms and Conditions
By participating in The Silver Storybook Agency Referrals Program, both Referrers and Referrals agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
Referrers must be an existing or previous client of The Silver Storybook Agency.
Referrals must be first-time clients who have not previously contacted, purchased from, or been referred to The Silver Storybook Agency.
2. How the Program Works
The Referrer shares their name &/personal referral code with friends, family, or acquaintances.
The Referral mentions the referrer’s name &/ code when booking a Premium Biography Package, &/ The Memoir Package.
Once payment is confirmed and the project has commenced, both parties receive rewards (see below).
3. Referrer Rewards
$69 AUD is awarded for each successful referral.
Rewards are capped at $299 AUD per Referrer.
Rewards are processed within 30 business days of confirmation.
Milestone Bonuses:
Refer 5 people – Receive $299 OFF a Mini Memoir.
Refer 10 people – Receive a FREE Mini Memoir.
Milestone rewards are non-transferable, must be used by the Referrer, and claimed within 12 months.
4. Referral Rewards
The Referral (new client) receives a $299 discount off their Premium Biography Package, &/ The Memoir Package.
This offer is:
Valid for single use only.
Non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
Applicable only to Premium Biography Package & The Memoir Package.
Must be claimed at time of initial booking and not retroactively applied.
5. Participation Agreement
To activate your participation as a Referrer, you must email:

Include your full name and contact details. This email serves as your formal agreement to these terms.
6. 12-Month Validity
Referral rewards and milestones are valid for 12 months from the date of agreement.
Unused or unclaimed rewards will automatically expire after 12 months.
7. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable
All rewards (monetary and package discounts) are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash beyond what is explicitly stated.
8. Program Changes & Termination
The Silver Storybook Agency may update, suspend, or terminate the Referrals Program at any time without notice.
Changes will not affect rewards already earned under the prior terms.
9. Misuse or Fraud
Any misuse of the program—including false or self-referrals—will result in disqualification and forfeiture of all associated rewards.
