Our stories are available in both digital and printed formats, including hardcover and paperback editions, ensuring memories are passed down for generations. Additionally, our Email Snippets Service keeps loved ones connected by delivering engaging story highlights straight to their inbox, fostering lasting bonds across all stages of life.

3. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when engaging with our services.

4. Payment and Pricing

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

• Full payment or a deposit is required before services commence.

• Additional services such as premium printing, extra copies, or expedited processing are subject to additional fees.

• Payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

5. Gift Cards

• Gift cards purchased through our website are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in full or in part.

• Gift cards are valid for use only on services offered by The Silver Storybook Agency.

• Expiry dates apply in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, and gift cards must be redeemed before the expiration date specified at the time of purchase.

• Gift cards are transferable but cannot be resold or used for unauthorized promotional purposes.

• Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.

• The Silver Storybook Agency reserves the right to update or modify services available for redemption without prior notice.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide truthful and accurate information during interviews.

• We are not responsible for verifying historical accuracy.

• Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final drafts before publication.

• Clients must sign a legal agreement before services commence, outlining their rights and permissions regarding their stories.

7. Intellectual Property

• The client retains full ownership of their personal story and the content they provide.

• By using our services, the client grants The Silver Storybook Agency a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use excerpts for promotional purposes (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

• The Silver Storybook Agency reserves the right to retain copies of completed works for record-keeping, quality assurance, and archival purposes.

• Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the final work without proper attribution to The Silver Storybook Agency if our creative or editorial services significantly contributed to its development.

• Any third-party materials (e.g., photographs, letters) submitted by the client must be owned by the client or used with proper permissions. The Silver Storybook Agency is not responsible for copyright disputes arising from client-provided materials.

8. The Legacy Library

• Clients who choose to participate in The Legacy Library grant The Silver Storybook Agency a perpetual, non-exclusive license to legally display and archive their stories on our website or other digital formats.

• The client acknowledges that stories displayed in The Legacy Library may be accessed by the public in a protected, non-downloadable, and non-copyable format.

• Clients may request removal from The Legacy Library at any time, subject to written notice.

• The Silver Storybook Agency reserves the right to use anonymous snippets from archived stories for marketing and promotional purposes.

• Prior to participation, clients must sign a legal agreement confirming their consent for their story to be displayed and archived.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

• Personal information provided to us is used solely for service fulfillment.

• We do not share, sell, or distribute client data without explicit consent.

10. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• If a scheduled interview needs to be rescheduled, at least 48 hours’ notice is required.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a rescheduling fee.

• While we strive to provide high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or interpretations of personal stories.

• We are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from the use of our services.
